Operatividad y comportamiento de la red de arrastre de fondo 352/200 tipo Granton del BIC Humboldt. ANTAR XXI, 2013

Abstract

El 5 de febrero 2013, alrededor de la Isla Elefante, se realizaron dos lances de pesca experimental con la red Granton de arrastre de fondo 352/200. El tiempo de arrastre fue entre 30 y 35 min, a profundidades de 90 a 125 m, con una velocidad de 3 a 4 nudos. Para el análisis del comportamiento estático y dinámico de la red de fondo se utilizó el software Trawl visión Pro 3D. La simulación de la red de fondo presentó abertura horizontal de 19,1 m y vertical de 4 m, volumen filtrado de agua de 44,5 m3 y eficiencia técnica de 60,9% cumpliendo con los estándares de buen funcionamiento.

ABSTRACT: On February 5th 2013, around Elephant Island two sets of experimental fishing with bottom trawl Granton 352/200 were executed. The trawl station was between 30 to 35 min, at depths of 90 to 125 m with a trawl speed of 3 to 4 knots. For analysis of the static and dynamic perfomance of the network, Trawl vision Pro 3D software was used. The bottom trawl simulation presented a horizontal opening of 19.1 m and 4 m vertical, filtering water volume 44.5 m3 and technical efficiency of 60.9% complying with the standards of good performance.
